Herbes de Provence



A little lavender adds a nice, earthy note to this ever-popular mixture of dried herbs typically found in the Provence region of southeast France. This blend of rosemary, thyme, savory fennel, basil, marjoram and lavender can be used to enhance the flavor of every dish you love - meats (especially lamb and chicken), fish, vegetables, even breads.  If your aim when you cook is "more herbs, less salt," our Herbes de Provence is a seasoning you will love.  We have two sizes: small (1 oz. by weight) and large (1.5 oz. by weight).  Buy the large jar and keep it handy as you cook and bake.
