Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only ship within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is dependent on the weight of your product and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
What shipping service will be used to ship my order?
All orders are shipped via USPS using the Ground Advantage program. If this does not work for your location, please send us an email with your order number.
When should I expect my order to ship?
Your order should ship within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Orders will arrive in 1-6 days from that date depending on where you live in relation to Door County, WI.
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts.
When will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once you place your order, you will receive an emailing confirming that we have and are working on your order. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.
What should I do if my order arrives broken or damaged?
Although we pack all our products carefully, damage may occur during shipping. If you receive goods damaged in-transit, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt by emailing info@islandlavender.com. Please send us a photo of the damaged goods. In order to resolve any shipping problem as quickly as possible, we also ask that you keep all the packing material and boxes.
Can I collect my order?
Of course! If you wish to pickup your order instead, please select "Pickup In Store" as your delivery option.
What if I want to return by product?
We accept all returns for product that is unused. You will need to reach out to us via email within 5 days of receiving your product to return. Customer is in charge of paying all return shipping.
