Wilder Lavender Simple Syrup, 375ml

Real lavender, grown on our family farm in Door County, simmered into a simple syrup with nothing else but sugar and water. Stir it into a morning latte, a glass of iced tea, or an afternoon gin and tonic and it does what lavender does best, soft, floral, a little bit calming, never soapy.

We make it in small batches because that's the only way we know how. Three ingredients, no dyes, no extracts, no shortcuts.
